Why?

You will see somewhat random scientific subjects here on the site as time moves forward. The common thread is what has been done with these subjects and Linux operating systems. We love both digital tools and physical stuff. There is more happening out there in the world than hours in a day to express it. This site simply seeks to turn these experiences into the service of others. From that service may come great or small things from the simple act of faith that such a service is the right thing to do.

We’re not all engineers or scientists by name, rank and file. Autodidacts, polymaths, polytechnicals, and even artists share a common drive to create and explore. It’s ok to use bits, bytes, and voltages as much as a paintbrush or musical scales. That exploration of expression is why we have “Dynamics” in our name. You have to not know in order to explore something on any level. Whether you are trying a new recipe, learning a new language, or studying a difficult subject—you do so out of a desire to know and express yourself. Customizing a computer isn’t much different of a need for expression. A very simple act of faith binds every context of expression. If you are lucky then you have the freedom to be immersed in the lessons and environments that those lessons exist in. Even the best ones suffer for this if you’ve ever felt that way. It is ok to have faith in yourself, others, what you do not know or can’t fully experience yet. Discovery can still be personal, even if just uncovering what you do not know. Not everything is going to be a ground-breaking discovery, million dollar deal–or else be worthless. Acts of faith are supported here. Diversity is a natural phenomenon. Conformity is unnatural. Versatility is an act of faith of the individual. It is an act of faith to ask questions, pick up a book, pick up a tool, or just to trust people. This site simply exists as a similar act of faith to support others in their acts of faith. We try not to pontificate much. Explaining the well grounded vision here is worth an honest viewpoint.
